is an upgrade from the NE 2000 that offers a few more resistance levels, an additional heart rate control program, Remote Operating Control (ROC) features, and it is self generating. You are upgraded to 2 heart rate control programs instead of just one. This machine comes with a wireless heart rate chest strap in addition to the hand grips on the moving handlebars.You can even control your workout from the handlebars which Nautilus calls ROC technology. The upgraded LED dot matrix console will display your time, segment time, distance, calories burned, average speed, RPM, Watts, mets, and heart rate to monitor your workout progress.
